LOT 1: The Health Visiting (HV) service To provide a public health service led by Health Visitors, working with individual parents, carers and children and the wider community and leading delivery of the healthy child programme (0-5 years).
The HV service will provide a highly visible community and universal service (including mandated assessments at antenatal, new baby, 6-8 weeks and 9-12 months) and with extra support for those who need targeted help (universal plus) or have more complex needs (universal partnership plus).
