The Council are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, competent and qualified managing agent for an initial period of 5Years (with an option to extend a further 5 years subject to satisfactory performance) to deal with the day today management of the site and tenancies.
In addition we have a number of other landholdings and/or are investigating other commercial opportunities, we would expect the Managing Agent to carry out the duties at other sites within WDC's operating area as and when required.
