The contract services and works can include but are not restricted to maintenance and compliancy services and any associated works including Gas servicing, electrical testing and repairs, lift maintenance, water hygiene management, fire safety, CCTV, door entry systems, specialist equipment servicing (Aids and Adaptations), Fall Arrest and Prevention servicing, Lightning protection, Renewable technologies servicing and Warden Call systems.
