The Experienced Leaders Programme delivered by Windsor Leadership focusses on the difficult leadership challenges that come with significant responsibility and explore how to become more effective as a leader.

The Experienced Leaders Programme is for established strategic leaders who are currently operating at the highest levels within their organisations.

It is designed for individuals who are responsible for driving the overall long-term direction, vision, and strategy of their organisations.
