The brief

Bristol City Council is looking for experienced contractors to carry out external communal maintenance repairs and painting to properties that are on the Cyclical Maintenance Programmes.

This will be a range of properties managed by Housing & Landlord Services.

Lot 1 External & Communal Maintenance North (properties up to four storeys) Measured Rates Lot 2 External & Communal Maintenance South (properties up to four storeys) Measured Rates Lot 3 External & Communal Maintenance, Roofing Renewal/Repairs & Associated Miscellaneous Works (Mini -Comp up to four storeys) (£16mil for combination of above) Lot 4 - External & Communal Maintenance (From four/five Storeys) up to £1mil (mini-comp) (£8m) Lot 5 - Major Refurbishment External Works - over £1mil (mini- comp) (£28m) The estimated value of the work for the four years is £52m A Suppliers Open Day will be held on Wednesday 27 March 2019 at The City & Port of Bristol Social & Sports Club, Nibley Road, Bristol, BS11 9XW.

There will be two sessions, which will include an introduction of the project, explain the type of work involved, the procurement process and opportunity for suppliers to as questions: Morning Session - Registration will commence at 10:00am for a 10:30am start.

Afternoon Session - Registration will commence at 1:00pm for a 1:30pm start.

Places will be strictly limited to two people per organisation.
