The brief

This is Phase 2 of a refurbishment project to create a new collocated office facility.

The phase 2 requirement is for a new build garage for storage purposes, including mechanical, electrical and public health services within the facility and an external wash down area as well as an extension of the car park including drainage and low profile perimeter security.

Carpark designs are currently being finalised and will be uploaded as a tender addendum shortly
