CA5508 - Contractors Framework Agreement

Ongo Homes (OH) wish to enter into a Contractors Framework Agreement to put in place an approved list of providers in respect of general repair and maintenance works across the organisation.

OH currently owns and maintains nearly 10,000 homes across the North Lincolnshire Region and neighbouring areas.

This Framework Agreement will run for an initial 2-year period with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12-month periods.

The Framework Agreement has been split into 11 Lots as follows: - • Damp Proofing • Joinery • Ironmongery • Carpets & Floor Coverings • TV Maintenance / Arial Works • Painting and Decorating • Masonry (Brickworks • Plastering and External Rendering • Electricals • Glazing and UPVC • Decent Homes (Kitchens, Bathrooms & General) The objective of the tender is to test the market to ensure best value is being received for OH Tenets and Leaseholders.
