We were able to go live in November 2022 for the start of our budgeting cycle, but with a very basic system - much of the functionality was not ready and we had no time for business training, so data was collected and entered by the Finance team.
In December our consultant took a strategic decision to exit the market, and we are looking for a replacement to support the completion of the project, and ongoing continual development.
RSSB follows a quarterly forecasting process, so the system will next be used for the q1 forecast, starting July 2023.
