The Open University (OU) is undertaking a strategic initiative to enable the scalable delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities for the university.
The OU does not have experience of delivering and deploying multiple algorithms at scale, something that is required for our personalisation plans.
To enable this, the OU is looking to develop and implement an MLOps framework There are two discrete workstreams which each have phases with in them.
For the purposes of this Call-Off Contract, they will be referred to as Project 1 and Project 2 each with their own timelines, deliverables and costs.
Whilst the Call-Off Contract is for 2 years, Only phase1 for both projects is detailed in this Call-Off Contract with follow up phases on both projects to be commissioned using additional statements of work (both Parties to sign off) to confirm deliverables and costs.
