SOL - Supported Living Services - AWARD
Solihull MBC are looking to create a Flexible Contracting Agreement (FCA) under the Light Touch regime of the PCR 2015.
The FCA will be with a range of providers to provide supported living services to disabled adults and adults with mental ill health or autism.
Delivery of the services will be required to be within or close to the borough.
The FCA will be used by the Council's brokerage team to make purchases of supported living services as and when these are required by the Council.
The Council is not committing to any volumes through this process.
The Council may open the FCA on an annual basis for new tenderers to have the opportunity to obtain a place on the FCA.
The FCA will be for 3 years with options to extend for up to 24 months plus 24 months.
