BAU support should include, but not be limited to: Managing of Local Area Network functionality and VLAN configuration Manage and maintain warranties on all network infrastructure equipment Monitoring of the local network to maintain service availability Management of local wireless controllers and access points Management of network security relating to IICSA network including recommendations for improvement Management of local firewall including firewall security recommendations Maintenance of up to date network documentation Safe and secure disposal of network hardware as when required Firmware and software updates to Network equipment in line with the IICSA Change Management Process Secure sharing of login credentials and associated information with the IICSA's service desk Regular backups of network configurations should be taken regularly and stored securely.
