Reroofing & Associate Works Revised Proposals at Pershore Fire Station Defford Road Pershore WR10 1HZ

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of the Hereford & Worcester Fire & Rescue Service invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry out Reroofing, External Decoration, Fascia and Soffits repairs and replacement at Pershore Fire Station Defford Road Pershore WR10 1HZ.

This work was originally tendered in September 2018 but for environmental and ecology reasons and the change of specification for the whole roof to be included the original tender was not been awarded.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

Works to commence on 7th October 2019.

Works to be complete by 31st January 2020 Before tendering, contractors must arrange to carry out a site inspection.

All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Hereford& Worcester Fire & Rescue Service reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
