The brief

Invitation to Tender for the provision of off-site records management for the Criminal Cases Review Commission.

The service shall include, but shall not be limited to the - collection and storage of boxes from the Commission’s offices in central Birmingham - retrieval of boxes as specified by the Commission - returning and filing of boxes to storage - itemised invoices and means of visual differentiation for 2 different material types (Commission produced and public body material) - full audit trail of boxes and production of management information - reports as required by the commission - secure destruction of boxes The Commission is inviting responses to this Invitation to Tender, with a view to selecting the Contractor best able to deliver the required services to the specified standards at a fair and competitive price, for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further year at the discretion of the Commission.

Responses to this ITT must be received by 17:00 Friday 2nd December.

The Commission will be receiving Tenders via email using procurement@ccrc.x.gsi.gov.uk.

Please give your email a clear subject line and address it to Esther Parker-Duber, Departmental Records Officer.

The completed documents required are all within the Invitation to Tender document (attached below): - Questionnaire - Pricing schedule - Certificate of Bona Fide quotation - Non-compliance form Notification of the award of contract will be given on Wednesday 1st February.
