Cambridgeshire County Council - Communications Consultant

Cambridgeshire Music are seeking quotations for the provision of a Communications Consultant.

The consultant will implement the communications strand of Cambridgeshire Music’s business development strategy, for which key objectives are: • Increase profile and visibility by establishing physical infrastructure in key markets and achieving greater media coverage and social media following. • Retain share of current markets by deepening our relationship with existing audiences, listening to their views and enhancing our existing offer for them. • Increase engagement with audience segments most in need: rurally isolated and economically challenged parts of Cambridgeshire; vulnerable people; disabled people; and people identifying with the protected characteristic of race. • Achieve cost savings and value for money by automating communications, rigorous purchasing standards and increased partnership working.

The consultant will lead on communications planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation using a broad range of channels, working in collaboration with service managers and hub partners, and reporting to the Head of Business Development.
