External Quality Assurance
Throughout the contract duration, the awarded supplier will be required to provide external quality assurance for 1345 blood glucose testing devices in use across the Trust.
Frequency of testing will be on a quarterly basis.
The contract will be for an initial 3 year period with 1+1 extension options.
CLCH is a community trust with a wide geographic area, which it anticipates will likely grow over the life of any contract, and is looking for a single provider (this means single lead supplier, as consortium bids or sub-contracting is allowed) within this area.
The value of the contract may grow by up to 50% during the life of the contract and potential suppliers are expected to be able to meet his growth in demand.
