North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as "The Council") invites quotations for the preparation of a feasibility study to provide workable plans to protect, develop, and enhance Irchester and Sywell Country Parks, in economically and financially sustainable ways.
After reviewing current provision and consulting with staff and stakeholders, the study will provide a baseline position for future options and opportunities.
We also seek financial estimates and an evaluation of the funding opportunities available to enable delivery of the options identified in the study.
The Council has budgeted up to a maximum of £50,000 (exclusive of VAT) for a comprehensive feasibility study to provide workable plans to protect, develop, and enhance Irchester and Sywell Country Parks, in environmentally and financially sustainable ways.
After reviewing current provision and consulting with staff, volunteers, on-site business owners/tenants, and key members, the study will provide a baseline position for future options and opportunities.
