Document Control Services
The purpose of document control and management within HS2 Ltd is to support the business in retaining ISO 9001 certification and to ensure that all documents relating to the HS2 project are securely stored in a manner that will ensure past, current and future records are auditable, traceable, retrievable and controlled.
HS2 Ltd is seeking to appoint a Supplier who can provide document control resource and functional support in order to meet: - the demands of the HS2 Project; - the requirements of HS2 Ltd's simultaneous work streams in relation to its document retention; whilst - ensuring consistency through HS2 Ltd's Quality Management System (QMS).
The Supplier shall provide resource on a 'call-off' basis, who have the skills, knowledge and experience to deliver a document control service, including managing internal submission of documents across numerous work streams.
It is estimated that 36 document control resources (subject to change depending upon the demand of support required across work streams) will be required to deliver support to HS2 project work streams.
The purpose of this Early Engagement Notice is to provide the market advanced notice of HS2 Ltd's proposed procurement and contracting approach, and to seek market feedback.
