Collaborative Leader Accreditation
This sits below the typical range for Education & Training contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 23,516 valued Education & Training tenders in our corpus.
HMRC has a requirement for the provision of a 'Collaborative Working' training programme to be undertaken by a total of five HMRC delegates.
The successful bidder will have a solid track record in the area of delivering Collaborative working processes to ISO 44001 standard, and be proficient in delivering high level training courses in order to meet the specific requirements of HMRC's Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO) Group.
It is expected the training will be conducted over a one week period Monday to Friday if all 5 delegates are available to undertake the course.
Staff availability will be fundamental to the successful delivery of the course requirements and therefore if five delegates are unable to attend in one particular week, it is expected the training duration periods will be further tailored to meet the needs of the Business area.
In this instance for example, a combination of two delegates attending a course over one week followed by 2 delegates attending over a subsequent week, with 1 delegate in attendance over a third week would prevail.
It is absolutely essential the successful bidder would confirm with the Business area the actual dates they would be able to deliver the training to ensure delegates would be available to undertake this training and supply the required services.
It is anticipated this training will provide the HMRC delegates with the insight and knowledge to ensure that they are working to acknowledged good practice, providing the launch pad for obtaining Chief Digital Information Officer Group (CDIO)'s own ISO44001 accreditation.
This will subsequently provide a standard language and approach to introducing collaboration management disciplines to the HMRC delegates.
Specifically, we expect the training to allow the delegates to better manage and improve: • Business and operational performance • Risk management, both operational and commercial • Innovation HMRC conducts all procurement activity using its e-sourcing portal SAP Ariba.
