3189_17 Public Space CCTV System for Peterborough City Council
Peterborough City Council wishes to identify and appoint a single contractor to design, supply, install, set-up and maintain a new city-wide public space CCTV surveillance system, utilising the City Fibre network and other communication methods where necessary.
The contract period to be awarded is 5 years with the option to extend this period by up to 2 further years.
The contractor is to provide all elements of the contract to ensure a fully integrated and supported solution, to include the capital costs of supplying and installing all equipment, software and transmission means, all planned preventative and responsive maintenance, plus any related ad-hoc work that may be required by PCC, for example, the redeployment of cameras.
The contract has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
