A RIBA Stage 3 design has been developed and the Construction Provider is to further develop the design and build the following: • Foundations to set container and additional equipment. • Surface water drainage. • Install ducts for later installation of Power and data by others. • Fence to enclose the container and supplementary equipment. • Temporary Vehicle Access. • Temporary pedestrian footpath.
