The purpose of the Specialised Services in Care Homes Framework (“The Specialised Framework”) is to enable the Council and its Health Partners to work with the Care Homes Sector to rapidly commission services that provide a level of additionality or specialism that is over and above the existing care home commissioning arrangements.
