The brief

Framework Agreement for the Supply & Delivery of Milk, Bread & Morning Goods on a call-off basis to care establishments in Staffordshire & schools that do not have their catering provided by Entrust (Compass Group) and manage their catering requirements in-house and not with outside catering providers.

The County Council makes no guarantee as to the volume of business on offer and any volumes given are indicative only and intended as a general guide.

The agreement will be for an intial 2 years from 1 June 2016 to 31 May 2018 with the option to extend by a further 2 x 12 months to 31 May 2019 and 31 May 2020.

This agreement will be split into two geographical lots (north & south) with one supplier per lot for all milk, bread & morning goods requirements.

Suppliers can apply for one or both lots.
