THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE ONLY FOLLOWING A FURTHER COMPETITION FROM ESPO FRAMEWORK 985B_23 Occupational Health Services from Lot 2 - Employee Assistance Programmes Dorset Council requires an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to support the development and maintenance of healthy and productive workforces, enabling employees, councillors and external customers of Dorset Council to remain in their working roles wherever possible.
A contract will be awarded for a period of up to six years (initial period of 3 years plus an optional extension period of up to a further 3 years).
There is scope to extend the contract by a period of up to 2 years beyond year 6 (subject to agreement by both parties).
Key requirements include: • Advice, guidance and signposting through a 24/7 helpline • Assessment and six (minimum) sessions of counselling • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) • Trauma support • Accessible resources and webinars • Promotional resources
