Contractor to undertake various Landlord's works at the 100 Temple Offices, Redcliff, Bristol, BS1 6AG.
The objective of the works is to improve quality and accessibility within key common areas: i.
Development of a new enhanced and extended reception within the Ground Floor.
This will include a new internal entrance lobby, creation of a new Reception desk with associated service spaces behind, the replacement of all internal finishes and services installation to suit the new arrangement. ii.
External area: reconfigure the existing external access ramp and section of adjacent steps to achieve compliance with latest accessibility standards. iii.
Other minor works The Contract award is in two stages a Pre-Construction Services Agreement, for the first stage of the Building Contractor procurement.
