The Council wishes to commission a Consultant to undertake an extensive feasibility study looking at the potential and options for development of further creative workspace, examining 2 possible locations in the town centre and North Colchester.
The commission will be broken down into three for phases.
The success of each Phase will contribute to the Council's decision process to undertake subsequent Phases with the Consultant.
The Council does not guarantee that subsequent phases will be funded but, subject to satisfactory performance and/or the agreement of both parties, intends to retain the option to use the same Consultant without a further procurement process.
