The brief

The coal Authority invites you to tender for the provision of ground stabilisation work by drilling and pressure infill grouting of unrecorded coal mine workings within the High Main seam beneath an area of the residential housing estate at Bayfield, West Allotment NE27 0BH.

The Contract will be for a period of 16 weeks, with a starting date of 8th January 2018.

We shall be holding a site visit on Tuesday 17 October 2017 at 10:00 so tenderers can get a better understanding of the site and raise questions to assist with their bid.
