West Oxfordshire District Council owns the Talisman Business Centre that comprises of 13 commercial/office units which covers an approximate area of 7.7 acres.
The Grounds Maintenance Contract is due for renewal and in line with the councils Procurement Polices this contract is going out to tender.
The tenants of the Talisman pay for all ground works in their service charges & expect an excellent service delivery.
The parking spaces are monitored by a private company so you will need to contact Diane Verran diane.verran@westoxon.gov.uk; or David Thurlow david.thurlow@westoxon.gov.uk; with your vehicle details and the day you will be visiting the site.
We are unable to waive any fixed penalty notices.
