The brief

NICE requires a contractor to design and facilitate workshops (virtual or face to face) over a 3-month period to deliver the following outcomes/standards for the Centre of Guidelines (CfG). a) Building the SLT to include: clarity about vision and purpose for CfG, alignment on objectives and outcomes for the period of intervention and beyond, building team health for the SLT. b) Designing the intervention approach with the SLT so they understand underpinning theories behind the design and the part they need to play. c) Develop interventions with both the NICE OD and Performance Improvement (PI) team. d) Build the capabilities of the OD, the PI team and the senior and team leader. e) Close off the past - what do we need to leave behind; what do we need to take forward? f) Jointly develop and agree the ambitions for the future and the initial work to take the first steps. g) Use the interventions to enable people to act their way into new ways of behaving (relationships, siloes etc). h) Set the organisation up to do the work in their teams and sub-teams with a potential view to bring the system back together again. i) Provide tools and approaches that the teams can use with internal support from HR/OD.
