HARROW ROAD SHOPFRONT IMPROVEMENT WORKS PHASE 1 - 14 units Westminster City Council are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor with a track record of delivering high quality shopfront improvements to deliver the Harrow Road shopfront improvement works.
