HCA Is seeking to appoint a contractor for the safe demolition, including: removal of asbestos, removal of existing structures and hardstandings, removal of ground slabs and foundations, removal of services ducts, recording of structures remaining in the ground, processing of arisings to generate aggregate, disconnection of any remaining live services.
The works will be split into three phases of works as set out in the Works Specification.
These works will be subject to two contracts, Contract 1 covering Phase 1 and Contract 2 covering Phases 2 & 3.
HCA expressly reserves the right at its sole discretion to enter into Contract 2.
The estimated contract value is to cover both contracts.
