ISAS is the HSCIC independent appraisal function for all Information Standards Collections and Extractions (ISCE).
ISAS are responsible for critically assuring the stages of ISCE development and compiling recommendation reports for consideration by the Standardisation Committee for Care Information (SCCI).
The scope of ISAS extends to programmes of work internal and external to the HSCIC that are developing national ISCE.
