The brief

Accent Housing Ltd are seeking a contractor to deliver Roof Replacement works including Fascias & Rainwater Goods at the Hemlington Scheme in the Cleveland area, Middlesbrough.

The successful contractor will have a proven track record of providing roofing works, with strong record of customer satisfaction.

The contract period will be for the duration of the works on this scheme only.

The tender will close on the 19th August 2024 at 10:00hrs.
