The In-Career Education and Training (ICET) project is a training enterprise, funded by the University of Suffolk and the European Social Fund that aims to improve and increase employer participation and engagement in learning across the Suffolk region.

ICET focuses on two key themes of training which are leadership/management and digital innovation.
