The brief

The council wishes to appoint supplier(s) to provide supported accommodation to homeless single people and childless couples.

There will be residents in 47 units of accommodation.

The tender will be split into 2 lots; Lot 1 will be made up of: 20 units of high support delivered from a single property and Lot 2 will be 27 units of medium support delivered from multiple properties.

The overall aim of Pathways is to support residents to develop the skills, resources and resilience to move through and out of Pathway accommodation and into long-term, independent accommodation.
