North Kesteven District Council requires the provision of the following services in respect of their housing stock. • Call handling, tenant liaison and provision of repairs / maintenance reporting and tracking system • Pre-Repair Inspection Services • Supply of labour and / or materials to provide a general / minor repairs and maintenance service (excluding heating) • Cleaning, decoration and works to void properties • Disabled Adaptations (e.g., level floor wet rooms, including design) • Decoration scheme for tenants • Cyclical and planned works (e.g., kitchens and bathroom replacements)
