Contract for delivery of a One Stop shop offering customers access to all services listed below to enable effective and efficient management of bookings, service availability, time-sheeting, invoicing and management information.
The provision of the following Translation and Interpretation services are required: • written translation • telephone interpretation • video interpretation • face to face interpretation British Sign Language interpreting for deaf and deafblind people is currently provided in-house by the County Council's ASSIST service (Autism and Sensory Support in Staffordshire).
The service also provides translation, transcription and Easy Read for people who have sight loss and for those with communication difficulties.
If during the period of the T&I contract this service cannot be provided in-house, the supplier will be required to deliver this service.
A sole provider will be required for this contract to provide all services.
