1.5 North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is seeking to procure a specialist Contractor to carry out service and maintenance of roller shutter doors installed at various sites within its district.
In addition, as part of NEDDC’s continuing programme of investment in its operational assets the tender should include a comprehensive report detailing any repairs, modifications or replacements required to ensure doors are safe, serviceable, fit for purpose and meet the requirements of regulation 18 of the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992, Approved Document K (England and Wales) and BS-EN 12453:2001 (where applicable).
