The Contract is for the supply, installation and/or modification of demountable partitions, fixed/flexible screens and suspended ceilings, as described in the Particular Specification, at various locations to be agreed.

In order to allow this Contract to be used for potential Funded projects we are notifying all tenderers that some works might be subject to part funding by, for example, the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme for England (2014-2020) or any other European Union Funded Programme, or other Funding Body e.g.
Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
The opportunity will also be available for use by other Public Bodies in Wolverhampton and Partner Authorities in the West Midlands Combined Authority including but not limited to, City of Wolverhampton Council and Royal Wolverhampton Hospital Trust.
The term of the Contract shall be for a period of three (3) years commencing on 01st June 2018 with an optional extension of up to an additional two further twelve (12) month periods.
The maximum Contract duration is therefore five (5) years.
The Qualification section will be assessed on a pass/fail basis in accordance with the standard qualification questions implemented by PAS91.
The successful Contractor must have a minimum of £5M Public Liability Insurance The successful Contractor must have a minimum of £5M Employers Indemnity Insurance The Tenderer must have a minimum annual turnover of £50,000 for the last two years The Tenderer must have a Credit Safe Score of ≥30 • The Tenderer must hold a valid and existing Constructionline membership (Level 2) • The Tenderer must hold an accredited independent third party certificate of compliance with BS OHSAS 18001 / a relevant Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) certificate • The Tenderer must have a valid and existing Finishes & Interiors Sector (FIS) membership • The Tenderer must provide evidence that all tradespeople who will be involved in delivering this contract have received Asbestos Awareness Training. • The Tenderer must provide evidence that all all qualified tradespeople who will be involved in delivering this contract have minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Interior Systems (Ceiling Fixing/Relocatable Partitions).
