The scope shall also include for modular assembly and instrument backboard design, design guidance, instrument selection and guidance on instrument selection, factory assembly, installation, commissioning, testing, calibration, maintenance, repair, training and servicing for all SW's water and wastewater treatment and distribution control and monitoring instrumentation.
