National Infrastructure Commission
International Benchmarking of UK Infrastructure Costs
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the upper-middle of the Business Services band — a substantial contract for the sector. Based on 57,319 valued Business Services tenders in our corpus.
The National Infrastructure Commission (the "Commission") wishes to appoint a specialist supplier to benchmark the cost of building infrastructure assets in the UK, against international comparators.
The benchmarking will determine - where evidence permits, and on a like-for-like basis - whether infrastructure assets cost more to build in the UK than in other similarly developed countries.
The Commission will publish the outputs of its analysis in June 2024, together with the Supplier's supporting report.
The Contract will be for two months.
