We are looking expand our Access to Employment partnership which delivers a programme of support for adults (aged 19+) who are unemployed or 'inactive' in the Lancashire LEP area.
The programme works with local employers to identify job and apprenticeship vacancies and to design bespoke pre-employment programmes to meet their skills and recruitment needs, providing employability and vocational training to help the target group to access those opportunities.
