Requirement - CDPS is seeking the provision of a combination of essential IT services, software, and devices to support core business and maintain continuity of operations under one contract.
The Supplier will be expected to initially provide this service for 10 staff users and 30 contractors, with the potential to rise in the future as CDPS grows. - Only staff will require the provision of hardware.
Contractors will control their own hardware but must be given access to CDPS systems to effectively work with CDPS. - The expected duration of the Contract is a period of 3 years with two possible extension periods of one year each (3+1+1).
The total budget for this requirement for the initial 3-year term is £75k (including VAT but excluding any extension periods).
Work will be completed remotely and should be completed without sub-contractors, if possible.
If sub-contractors are necessary, then suppliers will be expected to deliver a detailed plan of delivery for the sub-contractors and demonstrate how they will ensure delivery of the relevant Services by those sub-contractors. - The Supplier is required to submit Generic Business Continuity (BC) and Resilience Provision and Policy/Compliance/Audit Reports as part of their submission. - Access to a bilingual (English & Welsh) customer service helpdesk portal is required.
