The Home Support Service in Kirklees will provide care and support to adults aged 18 and over, who have been assessed to meet the Council's eligibility criteria.
This includes (but is not limited to) adults who have assessed care and support needs associated with older age, sensory impairment, dementia, learning disability, physical ill health, disrupted lifestyle patterns, substance misuse and mental illness.
The Service Provider must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and deliver services in accordance with the registration requirements of the CQC, complying with all relevant regulations and best practice guidelines.
