The accommodation is to house the chemical, mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines and is a highly serviced building with some of the accommodation requiring a strict level of vibration control.

The University seeks to appoint a Principal Contractor for the works under a single stage procurement route.
It is planned that the contractor will mobilise in March 2020 and complete the project by 8th July 2021.
Intended tender method: The University is inviting formal Expressions Of Interest (EOI) in the project before running a Closed Tender.
