Chesterfield Borough Council are seeking contractors for the provision of Demolition of the Multi Storey car park Chesterfield.
Saltergate Multi Storey car park is a 10 split-level multi-storey reinforced concrete structure constructed in 1974, it is adjacent to the Holywell Cross surface car park on the northern edge of Chesterfield Town Centre and is owned and operated by Chesterfield Borough Council.
This demolition project is to enable the replacement of the Saltergate Multi Storey Car Park as part of the wider mixed use and public realm regeneration project currently referred to as the Northern Gateway Scheme.
The scheme will consist of asbestos removal and demolition works to make way for the new development.
