Any damage to the Corridors, Lobbies, grass/pathways and stairwells or any other communal areas of flooring or external flower beds caused by the Contractor shall be rectified by the Contractor at no cost to South Essex Homes.
The Contractor shall keep a detailed electronic record concerning the programme of works and keep the Contract Administrator informed at all times including sending a weekly copy of the electronic data and progress of installation.
All low volt electrical works must comply with BS-7671:2018 Eighteenth Edition including amendments.
