Conversion of drying room to cleanside laundry room. i.

Removal of existing door to lobby and installation of new entrance door and window to office 1. j.

Refurbishment / conversion of first floor WC to new WC and shower. k.

Conversion of existing pole drop to WC. l.

Refurbishment of first floor mess room and construction of partition walls to form new meeting room. m.
