The brief

Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group would like to engage with providers of Complex Home Care Services for Adults and Children (Continuing Healthcare) Currently the service is delivered via 2 contracts, and prior to this was delivered by a single contract.

We would like to explore options for the future contracting of these services and invite you to attend market engagement meetings on 16th and 29th of April 2019.

Current information regarding the service and the questions we would like to discuss at the market engagement meetings are contained in the attached document.
