MARKET ENGAGEMENT: Non-Obstetric Ultrasound Service for NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG
NHS ARDEN AND GREATER EAST MIDLANDS publishes Health & Social Care work continuously — 62 notices, roughly one every 24 days. This is a stream to watch, not a cycle to wait for.
NHS Arden and GEM CSU, on behalf of NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG are looking to run a procurement process to appoint a single provider for the provision of a Non-Obstetric Ultrasound service.
As part of this process, the commissioner is looking to hold a market engagement event, which will be held virtually, in order to consult with the market on the composition of the specification of this new contract.
It is also the commissioner's intention to gauge the interest of the market in this service and to gain a better understanding of the number of providers likely to be interested in submitting a tender.
The event will enable the market to gain insight into the proposed procurement methodology and provide an opportunity for providers to raise questions with the commissioners.
The commissioner will also make one to one sessions available to all interested providers.
These will be available from 1pm on the day of the event.
Providers who wish to book a one to one slot must register their interest in this as part of the registration process on Eventbrite.
The commissioner will then allocate a 20 minute slot to interested parties on a first-come, first-served basis.
As part of the engagement process, the commissioner is making the service specification available for providers in advance of the event.
This can be found attached below.
Detail regarding activity and financial envelope will be made available at the event.
Providers are invited to provide feedback regarding the specification along with the intended financial envelope and associated activity at the event and during the one to one sessions which have been made available.
Providers should book their place and raise any queries via Eventbrite which can be accessed by following the relevant link attached to this advert.
This will contain full details of how to access the event online.
