The appointed team will lead the development of the Blueprint working closely with the Council and a newly formed Community Partnership.
The masterplan will provide a structured approach and framework for the development and delivery of improvements over the long term to unlock Marsden's full potential as a thriving, accessible and high-quality place that people want to live, work and visit.
The appointed team must have experience in a wide range of skills and services.
